I am getting a zero bit ECC error in the PFLASH at address 0x2A00. How do I find the physical address in the PFLASH for this?

You have to refer to the PFLASH bank you are reading from. PFI Uncorrected All Zeros Bits Address Buffer (ZBAB) register (ZBABRECORDx). For this entry ensure the VLD bit is set, then you are reading it from one of the PFIx modules where the "x" represents the module.

Simply choose the Flash module base address and OR it with the address from the ZBABRECORDx register to know the full address.
